NYSE Celebration

We celebrated F45’s IPO with one of the first major outdoor events in NYC since the pandemic.

The activation drove buzz globally around F45 going public -- with consumers and investors -- via a large-scale project with multiple touchpoints.

We handled talent management and logistics for 5x top-tier talent including rider fulfillment, social media output, T&E and hosting on-site.

We created digital content that took over the full trading floor.

We produced an outdoor activation with  F45 classes leveraging top trainers, along with a livestream to Wall Street of the bell ringing

We managed a schedule of media interviews for key stakeholders including the CEO and Mark Wahlberg.

What We Did

Managed and produced the NYSE celebration for F45 which consisted of experiential production with an outdoor activation and VIP event, talent management with Steve Aoki, Flo-Rida, FISHER, Sickick and Yolanda be Cool, PR support with key stakeholder interviews and Getty logistics, in addition to guestlist management and content creation for all assets. 


Why It Mattered

Made a splash as the F45 brand went from a privately owned company to a publicly traded business, attracting both consumers and investors
